The Towle's Sell Crestline

I know every home I have the opportunity to sell is special, but this one was EXTRA special. Sylvia and J.R. have owned their cabin in Crestline for quite some time and have made some wonderful memories with their family up there. My family has also had some great vacations in that cabin together. In fact, we were staying there over Thanksgiving in 2013 when I found out I was pregnant with my oldest son! When I found out I was listing this cabin for Sylvia and J.R., I knew it would be a bit emotional for everyone. But, the good news was they were able to purchase a cabin in Big Bear, which was what Sylvia always wanted to do. One of her favorite things is Fall and Fall in Big Bear is on another level of beautiful!

After opening escrow two other times with buyers who backed out, we finally opened escrow with a couple who planned to live in this cabin for the rest of their lives. Knowing that someone was going to call this place home and loved it so much was very reassuring after dealing with flaky buyers. Third time was a charm! After all of the ins and outs of escrow, I think Sylvia and J.R. were relieved to see Crestline go to the excited buyers. They have been focusing their time on fixing up their Big Bear cabin, and now they can fully invest in that project and know this one is behind them in happy hands.
