Welcome Home Wild Family

This was such an exciting one for me because the buyers are some of my best friends! Anthony and I went to school together from Kindergarten until 8th grade and then ended up working together after high school for over 6 years. Fast forward to this past week, him and his beautiful wife and two boys closed escrow on a condo in Azusa. We were so happy to have a very smooth escrow process. There are so many things that can go wrong during escrow, and this one seemed to be nearly perfect. Also, with such a hot market, we were pleasantly surprised to be countered and accepted fairly quickly. We were even able to close escrow under 30 days! It probably helped that we sent the seller a nice letter about them along with a family photo. Who could say no to this adorable family?! This was a breath of fresh air and solidified that it was meant to be. They were able to stay close to work and family along with having an affordable payment. I am excited to see them make this new place into a home and hear about the memories they make with their boys here. Welcome home Wild Family!
